I really like all people but some of these are doing illegal bad things , I even hate to have to sue all them but they’ve committed I feel like illegal crimes. I own a ton of companies and your more than welcome to research me as well. I got Brain cancer last year and lost some knowledge but am steady fighting the cancer as well. I hope the best for all my neighbors. I’m sorry for the ones that have been negative reflective to me but we shall determine your future.

‘This website is posted so that all neighbors and clients inside of Wassamassaw Plantation can view our active lawsuit. The suit will be filed the week of Aug 7st, any clients in the community please send us any information you may have, we currently have 4 clients in the community with issues. Derek Dean is their attorney in Charleston SC and my lawyer is from Moncks Corner Beau Seaton, the attorney Derek Dean formed and holds my LLC and works with my mother you can see the attached photo where we have to do business. If Derek Dean take this case I will also file suit against him personally.
What would I do As You in Communtiy
1.I would consult with your lawyers about HOA dues at this time as Im unsure if those will be used for things not escrowed.
2.If we get ahead in this suite then you may loose hoa fees.
3.I think the HOA have illegally done escrow but Im unsure at this time.
4.If Im not paid back and we do get ahead then Ill forclose and take ownership of HOA land and assets as well as fees if they arent spent on legal fees.
5.I have no balance but honesty on my side so wheter its a 17k suite or million suite I have balance.
6. They have also illegally paid the pinestraw company for example from my understanding.
How much do they Owe me.
This hoa owes me $17,180.00 if I’m paid this amount of money I will go away otherwise here is my game plan. This amount will change monthly based on my expenses and law.
Ill keep you all updated I have no budget for this suit.
How my future will move forward
1. If I’m not paid I will continue suit against hoa. I have no plans to argue or discuss.
2.If I win the suit then I will follow up with for-closure procedures on the land, ponds,pool ,etc.
3.I would reccommend most clients in the communtity deal with a lawyer because currently we are under the impression Escrow money is being spent fraudlaulantly. I would’nt pay anymore HOA fees until this suit is settled.
4. When contractors are paid over $600 and no insurance or financials are had for the contractor its illegally handled and most people managing the neighborhood may be committing financial crimes. This we will also be digging hard in as we feel the need to be honest.

What am I suing the hoa for
1. Driveway was poured at 18 ft wide because Travis with the HOA told me it had to be wider than 10 ft which is the actual driveway width.
The value of this will be 20 to 30 K for labor and concrete. I only found this out 2 weeks ago at a HOA meeting and the gentleman there said it was not in the hoa guidelines and cant be enforced.

2.They have 45 days in writing to approve plans and my plans took 4 months to approve, well because of this we paid extra rent. $1500 per month x 4 = $6000.00

3. The fence is above 4 ft so of anywhere through this whole case this is our exposure but our argument is the pool fence is 4ft 8 inches and the new fence in the back is 4ft 4 inches and has wood on it and they said no wood around pond so we need some clarification here, if I have to I’ll tear the fence down and abide by 4 ft but I expect the pool and neighbor in the back do the same think.
Both my dogs are registered federal support dogs because I do have a brain tumor.
UPDATE:::::IVE REMOVED MY FENCE COMPLETELY AND EXPECT THE HOA TO DO THE SAME THING AS THEIRS IS TOO HIGH AS WELL.
